FAMILY, MARRIAGE, and PARENTING

In youth ministry, I saw the power of the family in the lives of children. When marriages are healthier, kids thrive. When parents are more confident, kids win! I want to come alongside couples and parents with tools, insights, and some child development understanding, to help families be the best they can be.

LEADERS

We need healthy leaders in our ministry contexts! Yes, we need leaders who love Jesus but after leading teams for over 30 years, I have learned we also need alignment, empowerment, and vision.

When teams are in alignment, forward motion happens. When we maximize the strengths of those we lead and empower them to become all they can be, we not only grow the person, we grow the ministry. I believe this takes intention and strategy as we create healthier environments, centered on Jesus, to move forward the Kingdom of God.

CHURCH

I have been speaking in the church and to the church for over 25 years. I am committed to the body of Christ and believe that growth happens best in community. It’s my desire to help others embrace the truth of God’s Word and the love God has for each of us.

Whether joining into a current series or speaking a 1-off sermon, I enjoy being a part of what God is doing in the global and local church.
